11.1 By 0g777. 0g777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Funds on Closure. Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 0g777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the breach (including bonus-derived winnings) may be forfeited. Legitimate funds not associated with any breach will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation.
